I always think of having a good shape body. But, I am so lazy to go for the workout. I know, if I didn’t take any action, nothing will happen and I will still be the same or become fatter. I have one friend, who is very determine and committed on the workout. Few years back, he was thin and without any muscle. Now, he is totally different. According to him, in order to build muscle fast, not only you need to have a regular workout, you also need to have a proper diet.

Talk about proper diet, it’s hard for me since I cannot control myself from being eating good food. I need to try out the food, for me to write and review them in my blog. I think most of the food blogger will understand what I am talking about.
