Normally, people will consume supplements to get more vitamins. The most common supplements will be the Vitamin C. Besides, there are many supplements available in the market, including calcium, magnesium, vitamin B, and etc. I thought supplements are only for human but it turn out not to be. There are also supplements for the horses. Do you know about the horse supplements? Any idea?

I have a health coach session previously with my company nurse. From the recommendation, I need to lose some weights in order to have a lower BMI. According to the nurse, the ideal weight for me will be around 60 KG. Besides losing weight, I also need to have a healthy diet, to reduce my cholesterol level. For some people, fat burners will be their choice to lose weight. For me, I still think that exercise also need to be done if you really want to have a healthy life.
