Every year during Chinese New Year, I will bake the butter cookies and give some to my colleagues and friends. This has become a must do thing for me, no matter how busy I am. I learn how to bake the butter cookies from my aunt. This is the one and only pastry that I knew how to bake. Other than the butter cookies, I still need to learn.
Many of my friends tried the cookies and they said very nice. I have the same thought too. 🙂
I know I will gain weight during Chinese New Year. I am sure because there are so many good food during the Chinese New Year: Peanut Biscuit, Love Letters, Butter Cookies, and so on. When I have nothing to do, I will start looking for those biscuit, and start eating. TI think many Chinese will have the same problem as me. That is why, after Chinese New Year, I need to do more exercise and take some weight loss supplements to reduce my weight.
