I have a health coach session previously with my company nurse. From the recommendation, I need to lose some weights in order to have a lower BMI. According to the nurse, the ideal weight for me will be around 60 KG. Besides losing weight, I also need to have a healthy diet, to reduce my cholesterol level. For some people, fat burners will be their choice to lose weight. For me, I still think that exercise also need to be done if you really want to have a healthy life.
