I already tried not to eat so much during the Chinese New Year. However, I just can’t help it sometimes. Now, it’s time for me to keep fit and try to reduce my weight. I need to have a strong motivation for me to continue doing this. Until today, so far so good. I really hope I can keep it up and make myself as fit as possible. I will try my very best to go to the gym and doing the exercise using my Wii Fit everyday. If after few months there is still no result, maybe it’s time for me to try out the weight loss pills. Hahaha, I just kidding. Exercise will still be the best method after all.
