I have already lost count on when was the last time I went to the gym in my condo. Yesterday, I finally stepped into it and do some cycling, walking and weight lifting. I am getting fatter recently. I need to do something about it. I really need to control on eating, but I always fail to do that. Alternate way will be doing more exercise. I am thinking, will I get a better result if I am taking the weight loss supplements and exercise everyday at the same time? I am not sure. One thing I am sure, I will go to the gym room more often starting this week, hopefully.

Old people use to have joint pain. My mum is one of them. She cannot walk too much and too fast. She will feel the pain. It is hard for her when we went to holidays in Hong Kong. In Hong Kong, we need to walk a lot if you want to go to some of the tourist attraction. But, due to the joint pain, she missed some of the places that suppose to go like The Peak, Time Square, and so on. I really hope she can get better and we can go for holidays once again.

Acne problem can cause by many reason. The most common will be the skin issue. However, some people have acne problem because of the environment. If you are staying in a not clean environment, for sure the percentage for you to have this problem will be higher, if compare to those who lived in a hygiene surrounding. Try to change your bed sheet and pillow cover at least once every 2 weeks. This will help. Besides, you can get the acne medicine from the skin specialist, if your condition is getting worse.

When I see the name Fried Wantan Mee, I already want to order it. I have eaten a lot of Wantan Mee but Fried Wantan Mee, this is the first time.

Actually, it is just same as the Char Koay Teow. Just that, the koay teow change to Wantan Mee. To me, it is not so special after all. The ingredients are the same: prawns, “lap cheong”, taugeh and egg. It is better for not eating too many fried food. My 2 cents.
