I am glad that I no need to wear formal for work. I am working in an US based company, the attire is casual as you like. Normally, I just wear a collar t-shirt with jeans! Great huh?! However, during the annual dinner, the dress code is always formal. That is the only time I need to wear a long sleeve shirt with a tie. You will look totally different with the formal clothing. You will become smarter than usual. Some people likes to give mens ties as a gift to their friends. Until now, I never received it as a present. My friends knew I seldom wear a tie. It is better for them to give me other useful stuff.
