I visited Cheng Du on November 2009. It was winter time when I went. I went to Jiu Zhai Gou and the weather at night is extremely cold!!! The hotel that I stayed never provide any electric blanket. I should have checked the services provided before booking it. Anyhow, luckily they have the hot air conditioning but need to pay for it. I paid for this since I cannot stand the cold anymore. Guess what? I fall sick after that.
