Mum cooked this the other day. To me, it is considered as a Chinese dessert. It consists of Longan, Ginkgo, Lotus Seed, White Fungus and Dates.

Although I am not very crazy about this dessert, I will have it no matter how, as it is cooked by my mum. My mum is a good cook. Her cooking is the best. Yum Yum!!!
