Hui Lau Shan Franchise

I like Hui Lau Shan dessert. Not only me, many of my friends like it too. The bad news is, it only can be tasted in Hong Kong. Yes, Hui Lau Shan is a famous dessert shop in Hong Kong. I am wondering, why no one in Malaysia taking the opportunity to have the franchises here? Is it because the franchise fee is too expensive? Or the ingredients are hard to ship here? I have no idea. For sure there are people who have this idea before. Just that, maybe the expenses here is lower and if the dessert is selling here, the price will be expensive. For the time being, I can only have it when I go Hong Kong, no other choice.

I got a postcard from my sister weeks ago. When I saw the condition of the postcard, I am quite angry about it. The top right corner has been tear off!!!

See! If you are the one who got the postcard in this condition, will you angry as well? Luckily, my sister did scan the postcard before she posted to me. At least, I have a full picture on the postcard.

Childhood Card Games

I played many card games during childhood. But now, with all the technology gadget like iphone and ipad, I don’t think the kids will still play with the card games. There is one day, I went to the mall and to my surprise, I found the below 3 card games!

Happy Family, Old Maid and Snap!!!

I cannot believe my eyes, after so many years, these card games are still available. Without thinking much, I took out my phone and snapped a photo of them. I even sent to my sister. My sister said, maybe can buy one and play. I check on the price, it is only 80 cents each! So CHEAP! Maybe I will consider buying one. For sure it will bring back the childhood memory.

Succulent

I went to Ikea few weeks back. I was talking to my sister at that time. My sister suggested me to buy some plant for my mum. She said, mum will like it. I have no idea what plant to buy, I only saw Christmas Cactus. My sister told me to buy Succulent. At first, I cannot find it, thought of buying the Christmas Cactus will do. In the end, I bought 2 Christmas Cactus and 1 Succulent (The rest are not in good shape).

If you have no idea what Succulent is, let me show you.

Looks familiar? Yes, this is called Succulent. It costs RM8.90. According to my friend in Singapore, it sells at $8 in Singapore. If convert SGD to MYR, I can buy 2 already!

Girls are crazy about Coach. At first, I have no idea what Coach is. I always heard my friends are talking about it. Now I know. In US, Coach is very normal. You can see most ladies are using it.

The price for the Coach bag in US is cheap. When I was there, they are having sales. On top of the sales, you can get an additional 20% off. I don’t think you can find this kind of great deal from other country. My sister and I bought one Coach for my aunt. It is at $99. After the 20% discount and adding the sales tax, it only costs around $86. Cheap huh?

My brother just bought a playstation 3. I asked him why not getting a Wii instead. According to him, PS3 graphic will be better if compare to Wii. I have no idea since I never try on it. PS3 also supports online gaming. Too bad it’s not Wii, if not, I can play with him online since we are in 2 different country. I will try to visit him one day and definitely, will play the PS3.

Just in one year time, most of my bulb in the living room were broken, total of 7 bulbs. I never care about it since I still have others to overcome it. Anyway, during the Chinese New Year, I went to the mall and bought the replacement light bulbs. The mall is having sales on the bulb, buy 2 and get 1 free. I bought 6 of them and brought 9 back. After changing them, my living room become bright as previously. I have extra 2 bulbs on hand now. Just keep it for future use.

If you have pets like dogs or cats, normally you will treat them as one of your family member. You will try your best to make your pet feel comfortable as if they are your kids. Some even buy clothes for them to wear and pet beds for them to sleep. If the pets have a good owner, they even can enjoy the same food as what the owner have. They are sometimes having a better life than the poor. No bad huh, to become a pet.
