Prawn Otak-Otak
November 16, 2008 – 4:43 amMy friend was kind enough to buy me this Prawn Otak-Otak from Johor. Many thanks to her. This is the first time I am having the frozen otak-otak. From the package, you can see that there are 2 types, fish and prawn.
It was so hard when I get it out from the fridge.
What you need to do is to steam it and it will be ready to serve.
See the prawn?
Overall, it was not bad. But I still prefer the normal otak-otak that I have from the economy rice stall.
