Steven brought along his specialty Kimchi Fried Rice to the 3rd food blogger gathering, which was held 1 month ago. Personally, I am not a fan of kimchi. The kimchi’s smell will make me away. I tried some when I go to the Korean restaurant and I don’t really like it.

Before I go to the gathering, I told myself I must taste some of it since it was cooked by Steven. However, I never have it since I was not feeling OK after I tasted on several dishes. What a waste. From others, the fried rice was delicious.

Another dish from the 3rd food blogger gathering. It was the Smoked Salmon and Focaccia from Lilian. She prepared them on the spot.

I think I have 2 of them since they are really yummy. Most of the food blogger who attended on that day were really good in cooking. I also hope I can become a good cook in future.

I am totally no idea on what is Plantar Fasciitis when I first saw it. The very first thing I did was, I searched it through Wikipedia. Wikipedia is one of my sources to get information online. It never failed me. OK, back to Plantar Fasciitis.

From Wikipedia, Plantar fasciitis is a painful inflammatory condition of the foot caused by excessive wear to the plantar fascia that supports the arch or by biomechanical faults that cause abnormal pronation. The pain usually is felt on the underside of the heel, and is often most intense with the first steps of the day. It is commonly associated with long periods of weight bearing or sudden changes in weight bearing or activity.

If you are facing the above problem, one of the ways to relief the pain is trying the night splints. It can help to relief the pain by flexing the foot and toes overnight.

I just finished paying my car installemnt 2 months back. That means, the car is fully owned by me now. However, I still need to pay for the car insurance every year, in order to get my road tax renewed.

My company has a subsidy program for us if we renew the car insurance with them. We get a 2% off. When the due date is near, they will send me an email and ask me to go pay for it. It is very convenient since I no longer need to remember on the due date.
