| Most of the condo will have a swimming pool. It is one of the facilities that you can find besides gym room. With all the facilities, for sure you need to pay the maintenance fee every month. The fee is for the management to hire some workers to clean and make sure the facilities are in good shape.
Swimming Pool is hard to maintain. Luckily, my condo’s swimming pool is well maintained by the management team. I am so glad about it. I always see the cleaner use all the pool supplies to clean the pool. Although I seldom swim, it is good to have the pool in good condition.
