Weight Loss Program

I have a colleague who is on going a weight loss program. She needs to take the weight loss supplement, which is the so call healthy drink, during breakfast and dinner. Only for lunch time, she can eat as much as she can. If you see the food she ate during lunch time, you will get shock. It is so much until you see it, you have no mood to eat anymore. For me, I still think exercise is needed to get healthy.
