Gym Session

I have already lost count on when was the last time I went to the gym in my condo. Yesterday, I finally stepped into it and do some cycling, walking and weight lifting. I am getting fatter recently. I need to do something about it. I really need to control on eating, but I always fail to do that. Alternate way will be doing more exercise. I am thinking, will I get a better result if I am taking the weight loss supplements and exercise everyday at the same time? I am not sure. One thing I am sure, I will go to the gym room more often starting this week, hopefully.
