I don’t have any sleeping problem recently. I think I can sleep at anytime I want since I am too tired lately. I work shift, I have used to the morning and night sleeping time, this could be the main reason to explain why. However, one of my friend message in through MSN, saying that he did not have a good sleep previous night. It happened to all of us sometimes. If you are having sleeping problem all the while, I think it is better for you to go for doctor, and get the sleep aid from them. At least, they can give you some advice or medication on the problem. If you have sleepless night for a long run, your health will be impacted.
