This is the very first time I have the Fried Oyster in Taiwan style. I thought it will be more or less the same as the one in Penang, but I am wrong. It is different.
The Taiwan Style Fried Oyster is oily!! You can see the oil on the plate itself. Besides, it has the sauce on top. The taste of the sauce is like the Mee Rebus sauce. Kinda weird. In Penang, the Fried Oyster is combining only the egg and corn flour. As you can see from the above photo, Taiwan Style Fried Oyster has the vegetables in it.
Overall, it is not bad to try the Taiwan Style Fried Oyster for the first time. If you were asking me to order again, I will need to consider about it. It is too oily and I still prefer the Fried Oyster in Penang.
