After eating so much during the Chinese New Year, it is time for me to start my diet program. I am back to my normal routine, which is having oat for my breakfast. If I feel hungry before lunch, I will take a granola bar. I have a lot inside my cupboard! My sister brought them back to me. During lunch time, I will try to eat less too. I am more on noodle over the rice. Sometimes, I will take rice too. For dinner, I will eat less, only take a small portion of rice. I am not a person who will go and take the weight loss vitamins just to slim down myself. I think, I also need to have more exercise than ever. But until now, I still fail on this. It is become worse once I am back to work in Penang and not Kulim. No more badminton for me! This is totally not a good sign!
