Acne Treatment

These few days I don’t have enough sleep. Every day, I only sleep for around 6 hours. 6 hours are totally not enough for me. At least, I need to have 8 hours. I think because of this reason, my face starts to have pimples again. Besides all the acne remedies, having enough sleep is one of the important factor as well. Apart from that, food is also a concern. I will try to eat more fruits and vegetables. Pimples… Please leave me alone.
