Recognition is the motivation method to all employees within a company. There are many forms for the recognition: cash award, promotion, salary increment, award plaques and etc. From the recognition award, employees will feel happy and motivated to continue working hard for the company. At least, they feel appreciated. For me, all the recognitions I got were cash awards, I never get any award plaque yet. I wish I can have one in future.
