Omega 3 is important to our body. When we have enough of it, wastes are able to leave our body while nutrients are able to come in. In our daily intake from food, it will not get enough of Omega 3. That is why many people start taking the omega 3 supplement: Fish Oil. I am one of them too. I take it every morning, after having my breakfast.
