| Most of the time when I go to Super Tanker, I will order the Claypot Rice. But this time, I change my order. I made the decision to try out the Belacan Rice instead. This is the very first time I try the Belacan Rice although I have heard about it many times.
Many people are ordering the Belacan Rice until they forgot about me. When I approached them and asked about it, the owner asked me to serve it myself. I was OK with that, as long as I got the food.
The Belacan Rice was nice. It was served with mango slices, ikan bilis, onion and egg. The rice was full of Belacan taste. The mango slices were a bit sour but I just like it. The ikan bilis were crispy. The only thing is the onion was too much, I just ate a few since I’m not really like to eat raw onion.
If you go to Super Tanker and out of idea on what to order, you can try out this Belacan Rice.
