My payday is on the 20th of the month. For some of the month, when 20th falls on a public holiday or weekend, I will have my payday advance, one or two days earlier. This is the happiest moment in a month, to get the pay in your bank account. Few years back, my payday was not monthly, it was twice in a month. To me, both are also OK, as long as the I got the money in my bank.
