Many friends of mine hardly go for exercise. Although they always said they want to get fit and on diet, they never take any action towards it. For me, I will try my best to exercise few days in a week. Currently, I am om the EA Sports Active 2 – 9 weeks challenge program. From this exercise game, at least I will work out 4 days a week. Each session is around 30-40 minutes. Besides, I have badminton session once a week. I think, I will just tell my females’ friends to take the weight loss pills for women rather than go for exercise. This will be the easiest way for them, since they just talked about it and never take any steps further. Don’t you think so?
