There are 3 mints that produced the silver eagles, which are Philadelphia Mint, the San Francisco Mint, and the West Point Mint. It has 3 types, bullion, proof and uncirculated. The silver eagle has a face value of one dollar and contains one troy ounce of 99.9% pure silver.
