During one of my night shift, on the way back home, I think of having oyster porridge for breakfast. I turned into Kampung Jawa but the stall was not open. On the way, I turned into Jalan Tengah, think of getting some other food. To my surprise, the Hokkien Mee stall is selling the Oyster Porridge as well.
The seller told me the “you char kuey” was not reached, asked me is it OK without it. I like “you char kuey” but I told him it’s OK, and asked him to give me more on other stuff. It’s good to have oyster porridge if you haven’t had it for a long time.

Kikey, ya, it’s yummy.
The one at Cecil street market also nice it open early morning and by noon time will finish. There are two stalls, make sure you go to the one behind last row near car park one taste better.
