Normally, I have no idea on what to buy for friends who have the house warming party. It must be something which is useful to the house. That is why, sometimes I will ask my friends what they need before I made any purchase. Now, I don’t think I need to ask them anymore. Chicken Ban Ban is another dish that I like from Haven Delight. It is a fusion Japanese fried chicken with egg in chef’s special mayo sauce.
There are 3 different sauces used in this dish: mayo, wasabi and sweet. The mixture of the sauce made Chicken Ban Ban a delicious dish. The fried egg is relatively good.
To me, you also can try out this dish at home. What you need is the boneless chicken and the sauce. Want to give it a try? 🙂

Just in one year time, most of my bulb in the living room were broken, total of 7 bulbs. I never care about it since I still have others to overcome it. Anyway, during the Chinese New Year, I went to the mall and bought the replacement light bulbs. The mall is having sales on the bulb, buy 2 and get 1 free. I bought 6 of them and brought 9 back. After changing them, my living room become bright as previously. I have extra 2 bulbs on hand now. Just keep it for future use.

If you have pets like dogs or cats, normally you will treat them as one of your family member. You will try your best to make your pet feel comfortable as if they are your kids. Some even buy clothes for them to wear and pet beds for them to sleep. If the pets have a good owner, they even can enjoy the same food as what the owner have. They are sometimes having a better life than the poor. No bad huh, to become a pet.

During special occasion, we always want to surprise our loved ones by giving them some present. However, it is not easy to select a present. I went for a food review last week in Haven Delight, which is located in Penang Time Square. It was the very first time I go to Penang Time Square. Luckily, the restaurant is easy to find.
One of the dishes that I like is the Homemade Spicy Chicken. The chicken is boneless and tender. The spices used are great. It is very spicy. I ate quite a number of pieces.
Can you feel the spiciness? It is a must try item.

Most of the condo will have a swimming pool. It is one of the facilities that you can find besides gym room. With all the facilities, for sure you need to pay the maintenance fee every month. The fee is for the management to hire some workers to clean and make sure the facilities are in good shape.
Swimming Pool is hard to maintain. Luckily, my condo’s swimming pool is well maintained by the management team. I am so glad about it. I always see the cleaner use all the pool supplies to clean the pool. Although I seldom swim, it is good to have the pool in good condition.

Before start working, my friend already asked me to buy insurance from him. He is the insurance agent that I can trust. That is why, once I start working, I protect myself by buying the insurance from him. My friend is a nice agent. I got the Coffee Bean voucher and it is expired soon, that is why I have the chance to get their coffee and cakes. It’s not cheap to have the coffee from Coffee Bean everyday. Each ice blended needs more than 10 dollars. Besides the coffee, I also tried out their cheesecake.

Both cheesecakes are nice. Although I still prefer Secret Recipe cheesecake, the cheesecake from Coffee Bean are still up to standard. Try it out in future and you will know the difference.

Many of my friends like to shop. They will buy a lot of stuff whenever they go shopping. You can see that their eyes are shining when they just stepped into the shopping mall. Those friends that I mentioned are girls. 🙂
For me, I will only go to shop if I need to get any household stuffs. Sometimes, I will go during Sale because you can get cheaper stuff. During the economy downturn, you need to save as much as you can if you have the chance.

Since the price of the LCD TV has dropped, more and more people are affordable to change their old TV to the new LCD TV. In order to save place, some will mount their LCD TV on the wall. It looks cool actually. For me, I just place the LCD TV on top of the TV cabinet.
It’s pretty easy to mount your LCD TV on the wall. Just get the LCD mount tools from any hardware shop and DIY. If you have no idea on how to do it, I think you can ask someone to help you fix it. Of course, you need to pay for it.
