| Last Sunday, 8TV was showing the weekly Guess 8 Entertainment Show. I was not a follower but somehow, I happened to watch some of the part. They showed us those girls who managed to slim down themselves. There is one girl which is 98 KG previously. When she walked out and told all the audiences on her current weight, all people were shock, including me. Her current weight is 48 KG, which means, she managed to slim down by 50 KG! Oh my god, how she did it? Was she taking the diet supplements or eating less? I have no idea. But one thing I am sure, if you have the determination to do something, for sure you can get it done no matter how hard it is. This is what I can see and learn from her.
