Recently, I seldom see any advertisement on the diet program from the newspaper. There is time when diet program is so popular. Everyday, you can see the advertisement from all the media, no matter from newspaper, radio or even television. Some people will try to consume the diet pill. Some prefer not to eat, only eat fruits and drink water. To me, exercise is the most important. We need to exercise everyday. Beside exercise, we also need to have proper diet.

Another creative dish from Haven Delight. It is actually a normal makizushi. However, the chef prepared it with cheese. The melted cheese made the makizushi become delicious.
When you bite on it, you can feel that the outer layer of the maki has been fried. It is a little bit of crispy. Overall, I like this dish. I only manage to eat one. I will try more next time when I visit Haven Delight.

I bought Nintendo Wii together with the Wii Fit. Wii Fit is consider as one of the Wii accessories. I like Wii Fit because we can exercise in a fun way. Besides, it will help you to keep track on your weight and BMI. It seems like it is an easy task to perform all the exercise. In fact, it is not like what you think. Some of the exercise is quite hard, especially the balance game and hula hoop. If you want to get a Nintendo Wii, you must get the Wii Fit as well. Trust me, you will not regret about it.

I just manage to get a new laptop, my company laptop. I have been using the old one for almost 4 years. The performance has become slower and slower. If I shutdown the laptop and boot it up, I need to wait more than 15 minutes, just to go into my desktop. I am so happy that I have the new one now. Actually it is not consider new. It is called the waterfall unit, someone has been using it previously. Anyway, I am still happy with it. Yeah!!!

The Mee Goreng looks like the Mee Goreng that I always have in Malaysia. The taste was just great. I am not sure whether the chef is a Malaysian or not. I never ask. The restaurant is full of people. It seems like many people in San Francisco like Asian food very much.

Normally, I have no idea on what to buy for friends who have the house warming party. It must be something which is useful to the house. Chicken Ban Ban is another dish that I like from Haven Delight. It is a fusion Japanese fried chicken with egg in chef’s special mayo sauce.
There are 3 different sauces used in this dish: mayo, wasabi and sweet. The mixture of the sauce made Chicken Ban Ban a delicious dish. The fried egg is relatively good.
To me, you also can try out this dish at home. What you need is the boneless chicken and the sauce. Want to give it a try? 🙂

Just in one year time, most of my bulb in the living room were broken, total of 7 bulbs. I never care about it since I still have others to overcome it. Anyway, during the Chinese New Year, I went to the mall and bought the replacement light bulbs. The mall is having sales on the bulb, buy 2 and get 1 free. I bought 6 of them and brought 9 back. After changing them, my living room become bright as previously. I have extra 2 bulbs on hand now. Just keep it for future use.

If you have pets like dogs or cats, normally you will treat them as one of your family member. You will try your best to make your pet feel comfortable as if they are your kids. Some even buy clothes for them to wear and pet beds for them to sleep. If the pets have a good owner, they even can enjoy the same food as what the owner have. They are sometimes having a better life than the poor. No bad huh, to become a pet.
