| My diet program always failed. I think I have lost my motivation and dedication towards diet. I cannot resists on all the great food out there. When I see them, I am struggling for whether want to have it or not. But in the end, the evil inside always win. After having all those food, I will feel guilty towards it. I will tell myself, I will not take so much food next time. It works for few days though. Haha.
I think many people outside are facing the same issue like I do. However, some of them will take the ephedra diet pills and keep on eating as much food as they want. 2 of my friends used to do that. They will take the pills before eating. I never do that and I don’t think I will do that in future too.
