If you ask me how to lose weight fast, I will tell you not to eat. But this is impossible right? I am just joking. In order to really lose weight, try not to eat so much rice during dinner. It is really showing result. For me, I am not a rice lover. I can eat bread or noodle whole day without eating rice. I cut down my rice consumption starting few months back. I only eat a little during dinner time. To be more healthy, try don’t eat too much fried and oily food. It helps! For breakfast, drink oat will do.
Besides all these healthy diet, you also need to exercise regularly. If I can do it, you also can. All of us are human, nothing is impossible, just depend on your determination and dedication, whether you want to live healthy or not. It’s all up to you.
