Pad Thai is almost the same as the Penang Char Koay Teow but the koay teow is a bit thin and short. Anyhow, I still like it because it has the dried shrimps and peanuts will be sprinkled on top when it is served. It is hard to get Pad Thai in Penang through the hawker stall. I managed to find one in the coffee shop along Macalister Road, which the good wantan mee is selling.
I bought it back for dinner. I think I should have eaten it there. I am not sure is it due to too long time inside the box, it has a weird smell when I ate it. It has the chili flakes at one of the corner. I was regret to mix them up because it has become too spicy.
I would like to try it again for the second time. This time, I will eat it there on the spot.
